I'm Anastacha Constant with CENTURY 21 Carioti.  With my experience as a REALTOR for over 7 yrs I've had the pleasure of putting 100's of families into their dream homes as well helping entrepreneurs (both locally & nationally) secure the perfect location for their businesses.

My philosophy is God first, family second, and working to represent my clients to the best of my ability. I take my position as a trusted & well informed REALTOR very seriously so my clients will get the best representation that is right for them. I believe in doing what's right for my clients.
Comprehensive Knowledge of the Area:
I have been in Florida since 1995 when my parents relocated from New York. I am the oldest of 6 siblings. The one thing I've learned about living in the city is that every day is a new adventure. I am a REALTOR who has experience selling in in Jacksonville, Tampa, Northern, Central and South Florida areas.  I'm the type of agent that will work throughout the State of Florida for my clients. I'm not afraid to drive to wherever I'm needed.

As a REALTOR, we are subjected to continuous recertifications and education. However, I take it a step further by learning from every transaction. Some transactions are teachable lessons where I use that knowledge to help the next client. I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and that belief has allowed me see every transaction with clear eyes.
